My name is Anniina. I’m Your professional, experienced dog trainer based in Inner West Sydney with over 10 years of experience in dog training. I have a great team of experienced dog trainers working with me so we are very flexible, offer a great range of group dog training classes and can organise a home visit quickly. We all use positive dog training methods. However, this doesn’t mean bribing your dog with treats. I’m a firm believer in ‘nothing in life is free’ and follow this principle when training dogs. Every treat needs to be earned and even then they will be faded out eventually. An obedient dog obeys the owner because they want to, not because the owner has treats. To be successful in training dogs you need to understand canine behaviour and how they learn. This is what we can help you with. When we understand what drives our dogs, we can take advantage of it and therefore gain better control. Private one-on-one dog training ensures you are on the right path to success and fixing the right problems.
Our one-on-one dog training visit starts with understanding the reason behind the behaviour. This is essential for success when modifying a dog’s behaviour. Knowing what to fix is what a professional, experienced dog trainer like me can help you with. The training session starts with observing the dog in the environment where the issues appear and clarifying the reason behind them.
After the first session, you will receive a personalised training plan with homework to follow to gain great, long-lasting results. All the Eazy Dog Training training plans and homework is based on the assessment of your individual dog and the training progress. The number of training sessions depends on the training goal, issue and your own commitment. However, most of our clients are very happy with just one session since we don’t only come and train your dog, we train you to train your dog too! And just one training session with us gets you started and on the right track even with more difficult behavioural issues such as anxiety and aggression.

When you purchase a training package we will check the progress of your training weekly with follow up meetings, adding the difficulty of the training step by step. This is very important when training a dog. Your dog might be the best behaved dog at home, but what good is it if he’s a complete nightmare everywhere else? Everyone is comfortable at home with minimum distractions. It’s the distractions, duration and distance that we need to add to any training! And this is what my dog training services will ensure. Basic Obedience

Eazy Dog Training runs basic obedience classes at Glebe, Sydney Park and Olympic Park. In these dog training classes we focus on understanding canine behaviour and building a strong bond between the owner and their dog through positive training. An obedient dog is a dog who wants to obey, it’s that simple. To get there the owner must be the most valuable asset to the dog at all times, this creates reliable obedience.
Most importantly, we shouldn’t forget practise. It’s very important to practise the behaviours we want from our dog and a controlled class environment is excellent for this purpose! Focus and impulse control are basic skills every dog should have and my dog training classes in Sydney are focused on these key skills in a positive way. There are only a few things more satisfying than sharing your life with a well-trained dog, and one of them is seeing how much they enjoy working with us and learning new skills. All the dogs in my dog training classes are treated as individuals and the training is modified to fit everyone’s skill level.

Training your dog takes time, commitment and consistency but it’s worth the effort!
Most importantly, teaching your dog at least some basic obedience and manners is a vital part of being a responsible dog owner. And good manners make the relationship between a dog and owner a lot easier as well!
